Websitex5 ver 2021.1.3 not connect to server

Hi there,
I was updated to the latest version 2021.1.3. Unfortunately, the program shows me for is not able to connect to the server.
I download the new version, remove the old updated version, and installed it again.
The same problem program can't connect to the server.
What is the solution to this problem?

Even today 15 Feb sometimes connected but most of the time opppssss!!!!!!
