This is a previous ticket which you set to private mode so that no one could see it. Let everybody know that I am really struggling to pay you. Payment options which you have provided are not possible from my end. And options such as GPay, UPI which are largly used in India are not allowed by you.
What's wrong with these payment options?
Why aren't you allowing these payment methods on your portal?
Do you desire to end up our relationship due to your payment team's inability?
Don't keep this message as a Private. Let everybody know how I am suffering to pay you.

as specified in the message you mentioned, the payment fails due to the reason " Restricted card". In such cases, you should contact his bank directly in order to verify the reason why they are rejecting the transaction.

It is being ristricted for your payment only. For many other service providers; I am using the same card without any problem. Then why can't you?

Because of this reason, I haven't purchased a newer version and shifting my website designing work to other software. I cannot stop my business.

unfortunately, in this case there is nothing else we can do.
We would love to manage the order directly, but we can't because of fiscal reasons.
The only suggestion I have is to use a Wire Transfer instead of an online payment method, but unfortunately there isn't much more we can do.

I appreciate your quick response. I am not suggesting you to manage orders directly. But whatever my requirement; you should forward it to your online payment partner. And I surprise how they are not considering it on urgent basis when all other merchants in the world are using it smoothly since years and years.

I already did, and they reported the Restricted Card issue I mentioned in my first reply. Have you contacted the bank directly in order to verify the reason why they are rejecting the transaction, as suggested by 2Checkout?

Either you are confused or you are strongly trying to confuse me. I have mentioned so many times that I don't need to contact my bank to make payments for my other service providers located around the globe in various countries. Google pay, Rupay works fine with all of them.
Please let me know for how many times I need to tell you this thing? Because after couple of diplomatic replies, you send the same comment to contact my bank.
I surprise, how the best web designer software company is the worst failure in providing simple payment method from India i. e. Google Pay, Rupay or these credit or debit cards which are ristricted fir international transactions. This is really unfortunate for a noble customer like me who is using your software since so many years.

I am INCOMEDIA's client and not 2checkout's. I am not interested to contact them because they are just a payment mediater.
What about the other option I suggested? Send me a latest update now and I will surely pay as early as you provide me options to pay using my choices; i.e. Google Pay, Rupay or those credit or debit cards which are ristricted for international transactions but allowed in India only.
I guess this you can surely do for your noble customer (Since 2011).

I have verified internally again, and we could try to manage the order internally: can you please provide me with all your billing details and the price you had to pay back in December, so to be sure?
Also, if we can proceed this way you would get a licence extension, but please consider this will be active until December 2021, I hope it's ok.

it is until December 2021 because the reference date for the expiration is always the licence activation date, which in your case is December 16th.
