I need help with push notifications ... All settings were made according to instructions, but I still don't receive push notifications in the Website X5 manager application, nor in the android or iphone application.

Hello. You may have blocked notifications from this app. This can be checked in the operating system settings.

Thank you, Aleksej H for the answer. But no, notifications on my phone (Android) and my client (IOS) are not turned off or suppressed.

Would it be possible to be something on the host where the website is hosted?

Could you describe the App notification process on your cell phone? For there is another symptom that I think is related to the malfunction of notifications:

- Every time there is a change in the database, such as adding a product in ecommerce, for example, the site registration in the App Manager is lost, being necessary to remove and add again (since it is not possible to edit the registration) .

So I would like to ask the WebSite X5 development staff to take a look at these processes in order to bring about a solution.

@Giuliano - I think Claudio wants the same as you mention in your post before Claudios comment. You will often see this in the forum. If a user makes a wish-post where a certain function is wanted, then other users tell they want the same by making a post with a +1. Sometimes it can also be +100 or +1000 if it is really important for them.

I've verified the state of your website as far as our official Push server is concerned and everything seems set up fine. 

It is possible that your hosting is blocking the connection to the Push server for some reason, so I would like to ask you to contact your hosting's support first to verify this

Should they be unable to find any issue with it, I will ask you to send me your project to proceed to further testing

Hi Stefano dowload iwzip file here the project of my client's website, reason for these posts. Because of this problem, I was asked to remove the e-commerce page from the site, as we were receiving several complaints from customers about unfulfilled orders. Note that the page with the e-commerce menu is hidden. Attach the question to the host about the server push. I await an opinion on my project, any suggested improvement will be welcome.

I bring good news .... In contact with the host, we found that the HTTP Outgoing Connections were closed, which prevented the push notifications...So we can end this question.
But the other symptom remains, when I published my site again, I lost the connection with the Manager app ... I had to delete and insert it again.
