Did you refresh the view with refresh button on top of the licenced view selection?

Yep, I did refresh. I just now noticed the template now only available for X5 Pro and not Evo. I am a bit baffled by the situation, because following my purchase I was able to create a mock up site with the template. By the way thanks for your response.

Well if you have it and you can use then it's good, maybe that's the reason it's not (yet) in the licenced section, anyway if you can use it you have bought it.

So i would say just use it and continue.

you can check all credit's and buys in your profile;

top right next to your name pulldown -> credits

Hello Mike,


Then this is correct, you can't use template with EVO, Because you check in EVO you don't see the template there because it's a PRO template.

You have 2 options, ask Incomedia to take back the credits ( i don't know if they do that but you can always ask)

or

you can buy Pro, where you will find the template and will able to use it directly (see offers for you int top right pull down).
