Problems Upgrading To Version 9  en

I bought the upgrade of Website Evolution X5 v.9 but when I want to activate, it says that this version is for upgrade and also says that I have not installed the Website Evolution X5 v.8 installed!!! And, of course I have it!!!... and works perfectly!!!. I sent 2 mails to the support team but no one answer me. How can I upgrade it??? Can anyone help me??

. . . it does not exist an *upgrade* from v8 to v9 because v9 is using HTML5 - so both versions can be used independend on the PC . . .
