I Cannot convert from v12 to most recent version 2021.2.3. When I try to update I get an error that some of the fonts dont match then ultimately I am unable to open my project. Please see attached error. The errror says "The specified project cannot be opened because it was created with a later edition of website x5 (PRO).
Please advise. Thanks!

You can not open a v12 Pro into v2121.2.3 EVO or GO, you need 2021.2.3 PRO for this.
I don't see that in your portal as official registrated.
Hope his helps.
you can check top right next to your name pulldown -> offers for you for a pro version.
Or start from scratch., Evo en Go, just don't have the software to cope with the pro features from v12.
