Problem with endnote reference numbers

Normally, when writing my new blogs on Word 2016 (some on 2013), I would formatted my endnote numbers they way I wanted them. Then I would transfer it over to the content section of the blog creation page on W5. I have always formatted them as numbers, not roman numerals. Prior to one of the recent beta versions, I could copy and paste it to my blog and it would paste the endnotes exactly as I had formatted them in Word. Since the update, it transferred my endnotes as roman numerals, even though I formatted them as numbers. Can you fix this problem?

Hello Stephen
This seems like a very particular situation
Can you remember exactly up until which version this used to work and since when it doesn't anymore?
Can you paste your text here for me to test? I will try this out for you in those versions you mention
Keep me posted

I write a blog every 4 to six weeks. So that would be The last blog I did where everything worked normally was 2/16/21. The latest blog (the point at which the endnote problem occurred) is 3/30/21. I only remember doing 1 or 2 beta version updates.
Hello Stephen
Could you perhaps attach here one of the files where you're copying the text? I will try to perform the same thing for you and see if I get the same result
If I do, I will forward your file to the developers for further analysis
Keep me posted here
Thank you
