Hi. I have just updated my windows 10 as Microsoft said that support was running out for my version of windows 10. So ran the update from windows and now x5 pro just stays at updating libraries when trying to open. It will not move on from there. I have uninstalled x5 and re installed it, but still the same. anyone else had this problem?

Thanks.

Yes, just wait, first time start can take a while, depends also on internet speed connection. Let it run and wait.....

Nope. Same as its always had, I use Norton 360 and have full control over what accesses the internet, it hasnt got far enough to ask me to allow it access to the internet. Wierd. I will keep trying.

Yes strange, i don't see any other message like yours and a lot have latest version running, mine also.

Maybe someone else has a better idea? or keep trying, let it run, i know it can take a while....

Hello Terry

When that specific line is shown, the software is performing connections to our servers to update files and check for consistencies.

If this process takes a long time, it might mean that the connection is either being blocked or slowed down somewhere on the client-side. Perhaps via antivirus or via ISP directly. This has happened some times in the past

Please verify all of this. If possible, test this by unplugging the internet cable from the PC.

If possible, also test this by installing the software on another PC or with the same PC but under a different network

Let me know if the result changes

Thank you

Stefano
