Unable to preview pages that had tables inserted (X5 v11.0.8.31)  en

I know you will all tell me to use a newer version of X5 but even though I purchased later versions I don' understand how to use them. Besides which, the sites I created using v11 are still functional and pulling sales on a daily basis.

The problem I have today is that I need to update one of my sites with new products but, in preview mode the order page, which uses tables to correctly space the buy buttons, appears totally corrupted. If I send it to a browser, it appears as it should but this doesn't help me to create the new content.

Is there anything I can do to repair the preview option please?

I'm attaching what the same page looks like in a browser so you can see the difference.

I have just discovered what the problem is. The preview option cannot read https links.

Unless Incomedia would be prepared to release a version that allows for that I guess I'm in trouble!

Hello. Press the CTRL key and, without releasing it, press the preview button.

If it does not help, then try using your browser for preview.

Thanks for your suggestion Aleksej. Unfortunately, it made no difference so I will use the browser to preview.

Adrian, I would assume that your website should correctly display https: links if you imported the iwzip into a current version.

What is the issue with the latest versions? 99% of the functionality is the same for desktop sites, it is only resonsive sites that have undergone a bit of change. Even then, mostly the responsive settings are a vast improvement on the options in older versions.

Indeed you are correct. The preview works perfectly with my site however, the conversion has changed all my PNG's to JPG's thereby losing the transparency so I can't use it. :(
