Dear Supporters of X5,
My Hamburger Menu has been giving me a headache for quite some time.
It appears there are Two Menu items showing up on my hamburger menu.
Now I know why some usesrs have said it opens left to right with grey background and sometimes opens from the Right to left. Please see the attached photo of this problem
I belive this is causing some CLS issues. I have tried all sorts of things within the Hamburger menu settings but have not been able to solve this.
How can I eleminate the Hamburger menu showing two menus within the Hamburger widget? I need to eliminate the Black menu and keep just the Blue one so there is no interference.
Please see the attached photo of this issue.
Thank you to all that support us. Giulio

This can only happen if you have 2 menu's, check all the viewports, and see that you only use 1 menu item, see the hidden object management for every viewport.

Hi Andre,
I have looked all trough the menu settings and cannot find where I could have a second menu.
Please have a look at the attached photos of the different settings to see if you can tell where to find that second menu showing up on the Hamburger button.
I use a sidebar for the main menu if this helps.
Even when I drag a new Hamburger menu into the lower resolution headers the hamburger widget shows two menus. I need to eliminate the grey one show in the photo of the hamburger settings
Thank you for your assistance, Giulio
Is the website online, or online in an test folder?
It could also be in the stickey bar, or you have a menu in the header and on the site in the menu space.
my best gues: The grey one is in the header i think in at least the 3 lower viewports. it can be behind another object! check that! You can use button on top in header to set objects forward or backwards.

Hi Andre,
The website is online. And I do have a stckey bar. I will into the viewports as you suggest and do the forward and backwards and see what is going on.
I am thinking I would just like to clear that secondary menu so it doesn't over load with unecessary code.
Thank you so much for your help.
Yes the grey one is not needed, i think you will find it hidden in the header somewhere, if not let us know.

Hi Andre,
Wow you are Smart... I did find a Menu icon hidden in the main header. But when I delete it and go to the lower
resolutions to check things out, the hamburger is not on any of them.
I do have the Sticky Bar, which shows the menu icon, so if i delete the menu hidden in the main header will the sticky bar still have the menu in it?
I just wanted to check with you before I create a mess.
Thank you for your intuitive sense of where my problem was coming from. Very appreciated... Giulio
If you delete the menu in the header, then it will be removed from all viewports. (check anyway can never harm)
your stickey menu wil still be there because this is set in step2 -> sticky bar.
