Upgrade Problem

I can not install my upgrade download as i keep getting this meassage (see picture) I have tried downloading the file 4 times now and run it as admin. Any ideas as to how I should get it installed?

Sorry to bump, but I have downloaded the program on a different PC and the file has not corrupted - I have installed and all is well...!
