It's a lovely product and I love it - but I'm off...
1. The credit fiasco. Why should we have to pay for credits that do not fit the product that we wnat to buy?
2. Why do credits expire when we have not used them all? That is theft.
3. Final straw tonoght. An arrogant idiotic interjection by some prat called KolAsim who calls him/herself a moderator and told me I had been rude to the staff. I have been cross with them, I have challenged them, but I have always appreciated Elisa and her efforts.
I am off folks - to a sunnier clime. Sorry but goodbye.

Oh - and, I bought 45 credits very much against my better judgement as I wanted to buy a utility. The system says I have 45 credits but, when I go to purchase the utlity at 12 or 18 credits (depending on when I attempted to buy it) it tells me I do not have sufficient credits.
The whole system is broke. I regret the time andmoney I have wasted but shall not be continuing to make the same mistake.
Hi Duncan, sorry to see you go (it took a while lol) Yes I agree 100% with your comments. I for one have had my rant about the credit issue amongst other things and have moved on to pastures new long ago. I decided that I was not going to invest any more time/money onto a company that treats its customers in this way.
Yes a few of the moderators do try and help but its not enough. Another big factor in my decision to move on was that Incomedia do not invest in any meaningful way to help in the forums but rely on the customer base far too much to sort out issues that we the users have. Incomedia make the product so they should be in a better position to help but they seem un-intrested in that area.
Hopefully you will have more luck where ever you move to (lots to choose from my friend;-)
