When I create a new blank project. I am unable to change the button properties of the main, top, default menu. ie change button color and text colour.

Please can you advise how I do this.

I can however add a new menu object and change the properties of the new object.

Its just that I cannot change the properties of the menu buttons which come with the default menu.

Your advice/assistance would be very much appeciated.

I am now using the Pro edition of the latest version.

Phil, you can rename the Home button.

In the menu object you can style your menu. That should be enough, if you would like more please eleborate, maybe we can make this an IDEA post for future uppdates/settings.

My question is how to I get to the Main Menu.

In version 10 there was a Main Menu template. I cannot find it in version 20.

This has become an object, so use the objects screen, this way it can be used on any place!

I understand this.

But where is the Main (default) Menu object?

Or to put the question slightly differently. When I change what I suppose to be the main menu object's properties I find that the actual Main Menu doess not change it's appearance.

Or to put it again slightly differently. I can create and modify the attributes of a menu on the Home Page. But I cannot access and modify the Menu which is one step higher on the Map i.e. the very top of the map called Menu.

Sorry to have troubled you.

I have found the answer to my problem. It's to go to Template, then Template Content. Then select Header. This shows the Main Menu. By double clicking on the Main Menu the menu properties come up on the screen and then can be adjusted to my needs/preferenced.

Thank you again for your time!

yes, i added it was mostly used in the header, but you can shape it there and modify it.

The header part did not update for some strange connection reason, anyway, you are on your way.
