Mobile view acting weird

I"m facing this weird problem on mobile device.
I'm using this software for years and never had this problem.
The website was built with the latest version and up to date.
What could be making smaller resolutions act this weirdly?
Responsive settings are on and are on default.
If anyone has any idea why this happened pls let me know.

Hello. Send a link to the page with the problem. What browser do you have? Which version?

I have tried it in multiple browsers. From opera to chrome.
I looked up the web a bit, the problem could be because of some element it too streched and not sure which one could be causing it.

Anyway...
I have fixed the problem.. if anyone else gets the same.
I have removed everything from the footer including the addtoany and move to top button.
I'm not sure which element caused the problem but I will introduce them back one by one to see.
