Want to rearrange display order but unable to do.

Please guide.
While trying to rearrange; when I click number 1, I want right side object to display on number 2. But number 2 automatically goes to right side object.
Help needed.

This is unfortunately a limitation of the internal system of the software. While it gives you a lot of freedom to order the Objects as you want them to, not all combinations are possible. If you cannot set that one as the number you want and it does that automatically, it means that it is currently not possible for the software to order them differently
Right now, you can only try and change the design of the page if you wish to order Objects in a different way than this
