Hello I have trouble to could install my 2 templetpacks which is bought in the same time as the roiginal Website X5 with the special offer to buy 2 softwarea the same time for a reduction in the price. You need to make sure you are putting it in the correct file path, it should look something like this: C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9
