Problem with Cart Status object

Can anyone help, I have purchased the Cart Status Object, followed the instructions on how to install it but it still comes up as the basic Cart Status and not the new version.
I have even signed out of my website and then signed back in to see if that works, it does not.
It was easier when you received an activation code but I have been told you do not need this for this object.
Help please.

Received your email but when I followed the instructions it does not install in new version. I have tried several times but with no joy.
