Am having this problem on the attached screenshot below,anyone who can help resolve this,my website is already online. On the X5 app i cant add my website,it says website cannot be reached

Did you fill in the "URL of the website" field correctly when uploading the project? Your domain must be included here as https://www.domainame.com After entering, hold down the Ctrl key and click on Preview, wait until the green progress bar has run through completely and then upload everything, not just the changes.
Did you set your website online with x5?
can your provide the website adress?
The url should show your website adres, not the localhost. Did you set correct info (website URL) at step 5 export to internet? If not please set this correct and upload. Then check again.

I did everything you all said i should try,its fine now,it changed to my domain name and i can access the website x5 manager app and the online control panel,thank you so much.
