I have 6 categories.. If the SHOW ALL link was not there, the 6th one maybe would display.. There is lots of room below this .. Is there a way please?

Unfortunately, no.
The software is designed to show this button when more than 5 categories are shown and there is no way at the moment to change this.
If you wish, I can turn your topic into an Idea to keep this possibility noted for the future
