Cannot connect to database  en

Hello,instead of posting another question relating to the one above i felt i should just comment here,hope i will get the help.Question is  after accessing the online control panel, i now get this "Analytics: Cannot connect to database" message on both the app and browser,what could be the problem?

Try to check all settings for your database, probably there is something wrong there.

You need to create the databse at your webhost admin panel and fill in the correct information from your webhost in x5.

So check the help of your webhost, see also here:

hostname might be localhost ( check faq provider)
