How to sftp/ssh using a public and private key pair  en

Hi, I am hosting my website on Amazon AWS Lightsail. By default for security reasons the Amazin Lightsail servers don't enable SFTP/SSH via user/password; instead they use a public/private key pair.

I can connect to the server via PuTTY using the key/pair, and also I can connect using WinSCP (an SFTP/SSH utility) also using the key pair.

However the Website X5 integrated export to Internet tool doesn't seem to allow me to provide my private key to connect to upload files in this way. It only seems to allow regular SSH connections via username and password.

Question #1: is there a way I can configure Website X5 to connect for SSH/SFTP using a public/private key pair?

Question #2: If the above is not possible, does anybody know how I could tunnel using PuTTY or something else to make this work?

I prefer using the file upload direct from within X5 as it is very convenient, rather than export to disk and then use WinSCP to upload the files.

I've attached the error message I receive in X5:
Generic Error.
(No suitable authentication method is supported. Supported methods: 'publickey'.)

Thanks!

Justin

Hello. Question #1, Question #2 - as far as I know, this cannot be done using the program.

To simplify site uploading to hosting, you need to set up a FTP connection using the options that are available in the program.
