Seo optimization errors robots.txt missing keywords for page

Hello
On analysing my website in X5 Evolution pro I get the following errors.
1. robots.txt file missing
under SEO & code I included robots.txt file and uploaded.But the error persists.
2.keywords for page & description for page missing
How to include these?
3.No Alt Ttext for object
Any help is highly appreciated
