Folder on server write permission error while uploading

Hello
While uploading my website to server i get permission error.On clicking IGNORE it continues uploading successfully.Any help to correct this error message.

The directory needs to be created manually to the webserver before export .... WSX5 does not create the directory...
I speak about this setting
