Email problems

hello, it seem I can't receive some of emails from my website.
I can read on the website manager / website test section : Cannot send email with internal script
the problem does not always occur because I receive some of them.
by the way, I just noticed that if the client was using a gmail address, I was not receiving the message. By unchecking the sender's email address in the contact form, it seems to have solved this problem.
I don't know if the two problems are related

Hello Vincent,
Check into your admin section : https://www.mydomain/admin if you have some mail errors into the Email log section.
And here you can also do a quick test of email sending into the interface

thank you for your answer. it is in this section that I can read ''sript error'' for different dates.
when I try to send a mail through this interface, it works. but several customers have told me that they have sent a message and I have not received them.
they received the confirmation of sending of message that the site sends them automatically, it is me who does not receive their message

To receive an email as administrator (seems to be your case) the software now uses the email configured for the admin panel.
So if your email does not exists to your provider, you should have an error in previous mal log. Double check.
The admin email here needs to be configured to your provider.
Or PHP version ?
