How do you properly add database?

After naming and creating a database in WX5, ie auto registration, e commerce, etc,
1. What else do you have to do in your server host's cpanel?
2. Do we just have to create a database name in cpanel and WX5 creates all the tables during upload?

Hello.
On your hosting, you create a database.
Then, in the program settings, you specify the appropriate parameters for the connection.
Also in different parts of the program you can enable database use, for example, in the form for sending data to the database.
And that's all.
