Hello.I recommend using mail with the domain of your site (on hosting) to send letters from the site.

"i want to use my gmail email for sending the form." - this is not the best idea. But try this https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en#zippy=%2Cstep-change-smtp-other-settings-in-your-email-clientand disable two-factor authentication on your Google account https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1064203?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Hello,

If the email is sending with your own email domain default, the software is running fine. If not with gmail probably not an issue with WSX5. Ask to your provider is they have some logs to investigate them

Enjoy!

"can someone send me a screenshot of the settings that work 100% please?" - These settings are individual. Check with your hosting provider.
Also try different versions of PHP. For example, 7.3 or 7.4.
