Wx5 renewal - Renew Now button not directing to correct page

I received an email from Incomedia with a reminder to renew before expiration of the license. I clicked on the Renew Now button, and logged in. Then I am directed to a page with offers. However none of them refer to the Website X5 license, so I'm not sure what link to click on to proceed?

Thanks the email link is now working and I noticed the software also has a link when you open it.
