Is Any Having Issues With Emails Being Forwarded Under wx5 Domain Service?  en

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can share their experiences using the WX5 domain service. Are you able to receive emails to forwarded email addresses from your websites web forms. Has anyone encountered any issues?

To anyone who has an e-commerce store using PayPal Commerce in particular, are you able to receive your receipt of payment emails in a quick and timely manner after payment?

Is it even possible to set up forwarded emails? Do my domain created email addresses have to be used in order to send or receive emails to forwarded accounts?

Can I simply use a gmail or hotmail account directly so that website form correspondences and payment receipts go directly to it?

@Incomedia - If someone transfers a domain that has a Facebook store what will happen to the inventory form? Will products still remain on Facebook?

Thanks in advance for any clarification on this.

Kind Regards

Hello AJ

I'll try to answer your questions one by one:

1_ You should be able to configure email forwarding from our dedicated email panel. However, the important part is that you send out emails with emails belonging to the domain

In the software, you can configure the project to receive the email to external emails at any time. You are free to receive all of the emails to any email account, gmail or hotmail

2_ As far as speed is concerned, we currently did not experience any particular latency nor any user expressed any problem so far about this

3_ If you make use of the Social Commerce function and then move the website elsewhere, there will be no need to configure anything differently as long as the URL remains the same

I hope I was helpful

Stefano
