Пожалуйста подскажите, как отключить Анимацию для мобильной версии?
Когда установил в "Стиль Полос" - "Фон" - "Анимация", для одной полосы анимацию, там на сайте находиться 4 объекта "Skill Bar", при прокручивании страницы, выявлено явное замедление работы эффекта "Skill Bar" и замедление самой анимации и чувствуется явная нагрузка на мощный смартфон на Android.
С одной стороны Анимация придала этой полосе сайта некую оживленность, а с другой стороны появилась проблема для просмотра в мобильной версии.
Как отключить анимацию для мобильной версии?
Я считаю, что отключение анимации или остановку движения анимации должна автоматически делать программа.
Получается, что вы добавили эффект в фон, а пользоваться им нет возможности, так как большинство просмотров интернет-страниц сейчас происходит с помощью мобильных устройств.
Возможно нужно тестировать анимации совместно с другими объектами.
Когда страница на высоту экрана и не нужно ее прокручивать, совместно с объектом «Текст», такой проблемы на смартфоне не наблюдается.

Второй вариант подошел идеально.
Объект "Skill Bar" работает без замедлений при прокручивании страницы.
И нет нагрузки на смартфон.

В этом коде:

я изменил значение 719px на 960px.
Теперь на мобильном телефоне анимация отсутствует как в портретном так и в альбомном варианте просматривания страницы.
Также этот эффект анимации отсутствует на планшете в портретном положении, но присутствует анимация в альбомном положении.
Причина тому, что я поменял значение на 960px - это притормаживание, о котором я писал ранее, присутствует также и на планшете.
Теперь все отлично.

Ora sul cellulare l'animazione è assente sia nella visualizzazione verticale che in quella orizzontale della pagina.
Inoltre, questo effetto di animazione è assente sul tablet in posizione verticale, ma c'è animazione in posizione orizzontale.
Il motivo per cui ho cambiato il valore a 960px è il rallentamento, di cui ho scritto prima, presente anche sul tablet.
