Facing strange issue for the first time in 10 years.

SOS... SOS... SOS... SOS
When I click any window to edit, nothing is seen in that window.
Even in a browser preview, nothing is seen. It is blank.
How to edit content?
Please guide.

Start the PC again and then start the program / project!
