Edison, the built in preview browser does not support media. Instead, click browser select when in preview to use your default or preferred browser to play/verify media.
I cannot see the Browser Select control in the WebSiteX5 Default Preview window. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

You should be able to see the option as it seem you have the PRO version.
Could it be that you do not have a full window?
Do you see a little dropdown like this
