Password Reset  en

I am having an issue with password reset, below you will see the account is identified, however no email is received. Tried different email addresses Gmail, outlook, etc; same issue. I have also tried sending a password reset from the admin panel.

Users can still login to the members area but cannot reset their password.

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

Hello.
1) Try to change the PHP version on the hosting. Try 7.4 or 8.0.
2) Use only mail with your domain for sending.
3) Try different e-mail sending scripts.

Apologies for the delay in responding.

Part of the problem I had with the particular website I was using a separate FTP program to upload. Then after, 2021.3.5 there was a major update which removed the database field to different location. This complicated matters. So, I am now using the Website X5 ftp to upload, had to load all the credentials for database, email, etc. Had a couple of issues with a 5 users’ access which I managed to correct at the SQL end. Happy to report all is well.
