Hi
I already have a database which is currently in use. I have not used WebsiteX5 to create it or to update it. However I want to use WebsiteX5 to read rows inserted (for instance using something like a listview).
How can I do that?
My version is WebsiteX5 2021.1.3

Needs to add some code into WSX5 to do that and customize your displaying.

looks like "Simple displaying" it is what I need... is it possible to change the color of cell background (not entire row) depending on string result?
I attach sample image.
What you see is what I have already designed but it is only for desktop and I want to show same results in a web browser whether it is Pc or mobile.
So my choice is WebsiteX5 for front-end and I need some way to connect to database and show results.

Hi, Axel
I have found that the script is quite powerful but rather unintuitive to configure. It requires many manual tweaks to have it working the way I need it.
I am short in time so I have found a quicker solution that is outside of Website X5.
I am sure that later, when I have more time, I will try again with the script that you very generously shared with me.

I use Caspio to show description and price from 25000 items.
Only problem it doesnt work on mobile device - only desktop, but that is ok 90% of my users are desktop.

Adrian, thanks I appreciate the tip.
I need both Pc and mobile development. I ended up using Mysql PHP Generator which provides just what I need and very quickly.
