Suggestion search on e-commerce

- I would like the search bar when the user enters keywords or products to automatically show suggested solutions. Also a function that would help a lot in product search would be to have tags in each product to make the search easy.
- Apart from this, it would be equally useful in e-commerce to have the addition of dimensions of the package of a product for the better calculation of the transport as only the kilos do not help much.
- And finally, I would like to have the possibility in the program to have free shipping from an amount or more, but up to 2kg for example.
For the above problems I have not found the solution and I am particularly concerned because I am seriously thinking after 6 years of using the application to use other solutions such as Prestashop, Woocommerce or Magento as they have all the standards that one needs for an e-shop.
But I do not want to because I'm very familiar with this program. I am willing to pay something extra to have these opportunities as I am quite satisfied with the support provided by the company for so many years.
For simple websites the program is one of the best solutions on the internet, but in e-commerce it lags far behind.
I will wait for a response from the support department on the above issues I face.

I confirm I have reported your first 2 requests. As far as the 3rd goes, if I correctly got what you mean, you can define for each shipping method more costs according to the total weight of the order, i.e. you can set the price at €0,00 if it reaches a certain weight. You can do this in the Cost section of the Shipping Type window, with the Cost related to Total Weight option.

I know the method through the shopping cart but it can not work with the selected transfer method since I already have a transport base of the weight.
I have it adjusted so that from a few kilos to 2Kg it has free shipping but the kilos do not often go hand in hand with the cost that I offer for free shipping.

the options I have set are correct.
What I can not adjust due to the program has to do with the following:
I want in the same transport company, in addition to the transport costs that are automatically calculated due to the prices I have given in total with the weight, to be able to set the total amount.
The problem is that I can not have both options active for the same transport. (Cost according to the total weight / total cost).
Only if I create two identical metaphorical things but that is not right plus it will confuse things and the job is not done properly.
It would be good to be able to have both options active for a courier.

A much needed function is the import/export of shopping cart fields.
In my CS-cart site (firesleeveusa.com) I can for example change all the prices by simply manipulating the product list that drives the cart - 1000's of items, 5 minutes to change the prices.
In X5, my main site abthermal.com, I have to go into each item and manually change the price. Imagine the time wasted.
So for 2022 we raise our prices by 6%.... in CS-Cart its a breeze. In X5 its a royal pain. X5 has so many good features and flexibility, but so many fails that could be cured.... and never is....
I have to look for alternatives; X5 team has had this suggestion for a long time now - nothing happens.

That's right, but there is a problem with that. Over a few kg, there is a shipping charge depending on the kg.
That's why I have no idea how it will be done on your platform to have both active so that over 15 € and up to 2 kg I will have free shipping.
While for over 2kg it will continue to calculate according to the prices I have set.

The customization (Fixed Cost) option limits me as it is only for a total cost.
This should be done by the developers of your platform as I think some extra parameters need to be entered. I know it is not easy but since you have chosen as a company to get into the limelight of e-commerce, I believe that basic problems should be solved as soon as possible.
I wish I could and of course let those who use your platform be happy and cover the basics of e-commerce.
