I am attempting to register my evo9 (upgading from v.8) but have run into a bit of a snag. I am getting 'Activation Error: 322 - ATTENTION: The License Key entered is an upgrade froom another program or an earlier version. The account associated to your e-mail is not enabled to install this program. Please contact our Support Center for more information' What gives!?! I only have 1 email address, have receipts/registration proof for evo8 and a receipt for evo9. Why have you made this so difficult. Plus - a phone number or instant chat (that I could easily locate on your site) would be more helpful than this! Please advise!

Hello Cindy!

You are not able to activate your program correctly because you probably aren't registering with the correct email.
Please give me your old product code and your new licence key so that i may help you install. I have now switched your post in to private therefore only me and you can read it now.

Same problem, except that I am not upgrading... It is a new installation of evo9.
