Problem with booking page

E mail form on booking page on my website used to work pefectly but few weeks ago it stopped working until now I still don't know what's happended. Anyone please help me find the solutions. Thank you very much from Thailand

Bryan, if you are still using V11 unfortunately it is no longer supported and Incomedia cannot help you.
If your email form was working until recently and you have made no changes to the project then you will need to contact your hosting. Be aware that your host may no longer support the technology used back in V11 (eg if they have upgraded PHP to a current version, V11 will not support this)
If you intend to keep using WX5 I strongly recommend moving to a current version https://www.websitex5.com/en/
Thank you very much Esahc, I already contacted the host and it seemed no problems with their side. I think they upgraded their php and my version not support. Thank you very much again for your help.
