Upload project to Hostinger Provider

Hello everyone,
I need help.
Every time to try upload files to Hostinger Provider I take the same error: " The following tests failed: MySQL Database settings". I followed the steps from here "www.websitex5.com/server-requirements" but I don't have access to see the information about MySQL.
Any advice is acceptable.

I finded the solution. The solution is to enable Remote MySQL from the Panel here is the step:
"https://support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1583546-how-to-set-up-remote-mysql-access".
After that everything work perfectly.
