Paypal says "problem with Shipping address"

When i go to buy the goods off the webiste, this error is displayed and i cannot find why this is showing. I'm guessing it's something to do with the location of goods is set to the wrong place?

any item placed into the cart, when the buy now button is pressed the error shows
