I don't think the mentioned portal will be made available again, I am sorry about this. However, you can integrate custom code simply by using the integrated function available in the software.

It's a pity....

You dev guide was very nice, and a good way to keep some 'users' to improve the software with add-ons.
You (Incomdia) prefer to have the full control now, on the software.. It is your choice... in actual world I think is it not he best way.

You fix or not cutomer's issues and like that you have the control of everything... 

But not the control to loose users....
Nicepage, Wordpress, ToWeb... are also some excellent solutions... more opened !

A software, where a community can add many things to help and to improve the software is in the air! 

It is not full just some JS, PHP scripts !! Not really any more.

But not possible to add objects or to use your documented library beacause not sure to have the last one updated.

So scripting has some limits

So if I understadn well, you have provided this dev guide at the beginning to attract somes users to improve the software and when the biz ($$$$) was present you have stopped to provide this feature to keep the control. It's my conclusion and I am pretty sure that it is !

Again it's really a pity.

And if the dev guide is obsolete, why not remove the link ?
