How to edit the membership validate letter style?

Dear all,

When customers sign up membership of WebsiteX5, leter of validate is sent automatically but too simple I believe, however, I can't find where to edit the content. I would like to add some information and promotion discount while customers sign up. Please advise me, thanks a lot.

Hello. Please specify which membership you are talking about? Please attach a screenshot of the letter you are talking about.

Thanks Mr. Aleksej, here is the attachment and what I mean is, can I edit the content of this first validating letter which send to customer when customer register on line. thanks
