Then my daughter was helping me and I saw, that the problem could be solved in another way.
I am still looking for many answers, and I am in a hurry, but I want to write, that my former question is no more so important.

Please consider this one is the only ticket you have on your account. You mentioned having some other issues in addition to the one with the Download Button, which, if I am correct, you were able to solve on your own: could you please provide more information about these other issues you are experiencing?
