I tried the above. Not making progress. Attached are two images that show some some information.
One images shows the error I got when confirming that I change the DNS configuration on the external server.
The other image is the change I made on the external. Please advise

Hello Errol
You have to buy a domain name.
If you wish to have a "real" domain shown in the users browser, then you also have to buy space on a real web-hotel.
The web-hosting offered by INCOMEDIA is not a real web-hosting - it is a subdomain. If you have bought a domain name, then you can make a redirection to this subdomain, but it will still be the sub-domain URL your users will see in their browser.
The X5 web space is good for testing purposes. Use it to make all the test until it is functioning.
Then buy a domain name and buy webspace. Some of the web-hotel providers I use is: simply.com and one.com.
The project you have made and tested, you can copy to a "new" project. You then have 2 identical projects.
The copy project should be edited. The URL should be changed to your "real" domain and the export settings should be set according to the new webspace.
The copy-project should then be ready to be uploaded to the "real" domain and should function right away.
You can as long as the X5-web space is active use it for testing purpose.
Hi Errol,
thank you for getting in touch.
errol-w.website.me is the third level domain which is included with the WebSite X5 Hosting service. If you need to connect a 2nd level domain, you can buy one on this page. I confirm .org is among the currently supported extensions.
Thanks! Kind regards.
