The sitemap generated from WebsiteX5 does not include all the URLs on the site specifically product URLs from my online store. I can use 3rd party software that captures all the URLs but how do I load this up to Googles index. Is there anyway t he Website X5 can capture all the URLs including product URLs

Hello. Use third party software to create a complete XML sitemap. Place the sitemap file in the root folder of the site and add a link to this file to Google search console. You can also add a link to this file in the robots.txt file. Example:
Sitemap: https://site.com/sitemap.xml
