How can you add a Jot Form as a pop-up on a page when it is opened

Hello
I would like to add a contact form as a pop-up when a website is opened. Not sure if there is a way doing it with this software so have made a form on "Jot Form" to use (I have also asked them for help in getting it to work - as they do not have instructions for intergrating it with WeSite X5 Pro).
If you have done this or have any ideas of an easy way to do it I will be interested in hearing them please.

Hello. Without 3rd party popup code, I think the easiest way is Advertising Message. You can display a picture with a call to fill out the form. By clicking on the picture, you can go to the page with the form.
A third-party form can be inserted using the HTML code object.
