Can't upload the website (Proxy is closed(421).)
Suddenly after the latest update i can't upload the website.

Hello.
1) Temporarily disable antivirus, firewall and any other protection.
2) Run the program as administrator.
3) Do not use VPN or proxy.
4) Try uninstalling and reinstalling the program.
