New file management system failure

There is an intermittent error when attempting to open an image file within the portfolio module. It seems to revert to windows explorer instead of your file management window and the images are not visible in the folders, only other files.
Then other times, it works fine.
Reproduce error: Portfolio->select card->open image.

The new system is based on your local network. This means that, should the network be missing or extremely slow temporarily, the old window will open.
This may be the reason why sometimes you're not getting it. This is the most probable cause for the situation

Hi Stefano,
Yes I think it was power failure that switched off the internet connection. However, I am surprised that Wx5 needs the internet just to open a file, as this is a desktop application and should not need that for work to continue offline.
