Not sure if this will help, but try:
1) Reinstall the program. Download the latest version from the website first.
2) Temporarily disable antivirus, firewall and any other protection.
3) Run the program as administrator.
4) Check for updates for the .NET Framework.

Probably now it is worth waiting for a response from the developers.

Yea... Good luck with that Aleksej... My posts are brutally closed because I speak truth and publicly report problems in the application... I wouldn't be surprised if they kicked me out of the forum because I speak honestly...

I want to make it clear that "My posts are brutally closed" is simply untrue. Most of your topics about the matter are open and redirect to the main one. Your topics have been closed because you opened multiple ones about the same matter without any important difference between one and the other. The main one you opened is open and I'm currently providing support there.

Sorry Stefano G., but please understand my/the user's frustration and indignation that new problems are being created and old ones are being swept under the rug under the guise of some new modules that are of no use...

Well, we have to uninstall the application, then reinstall it, then delete the folders, oops, then again import projects which are not few... Come on Stefano we are not children to play with comments here... Admit mistakes like all normal people and try to put this app on a solid footing... Read some Google reviews of Incomedia you can't control or delete ... I have been your user since version 8 but I stand by my comments that you are not fair to your users...

My personal advice is to use the older version of the program.You should have a backup copy of your projects before converting them to the latest software version.Your license also applies to the previous version of the software.

I understand the commercial logic of Incomedia, but "progress is real progress when it brings usefulness".
In this case the customer can choose and everyone will make the choice based on their experience, weighing the pros and cons.
Personally I am among the users to whom the new file management creates problems.
I am sure other users will appreciate its features.

Actual bugs (discovered and asked to be fixed by customers) are not fixed !!! so why the new feature will be fixed before ! more important !!!!
