Required password to access website  en

Hello,

I have an employees-only website and want to password protect any outside source from seeing my home page.  As it is all pages are password secured, but I would rather have the home page hidden unless you log in.  Like a welcome page login.

Has anyone out here done this or can help?

Thank you.

You could use the .htaccess protection and login.

Doing it this way only logged in users will be able to see the site.

It is not a X5 login then - it will be a login to the domain.

It will then also be rather sure that all is protected, and that no pages is forgotten. It will automatically be for all pages on the site.

You can create pass-protected site thru X5... Login to clients portal... Just use function Acces mnenagement... You don't need a htaccess file at all... My opinion... X5 is great in that matter...
