I found a bug of template structure page-contents cash can not be cleared enough

First I used my own jpg photo at template-structure page-contents, and after that I removed because no need, but the cash for cellphone's browser can not be cleared. PC window is ok,cleared.
I think there might be no cash clearing code. So I cleared my cellphone's browsers' cash, the result is cleared.

I saw my site now, and the page contents photo can see on PC, I might have mistaken upload now.
... is regular both in the PC and in the Smartphone...
