Please I have technical problem with my email. I am unable to receive mails from my clients through my website and this is really disturbing for a while now. Please kindly check that for me.

Eric, can we assume you are referring to feedback or purchase form? (sadly I cannot access your site at at all, did you provide the correct url?). Did this previously work? Did it stop working when you updated WX5 or stop working for no apparent reason?

... then carry out the various TEST MAILS from here:

... you are using PHP/7.4.30
... possibly try with maximum PHP/8
